On 27 October 2010, 2,548,201 rights to series B ordinary bearer shares were introduced to trading on the parallel market, while on 20 December 2010, ordinary bearer shares were introduced to trading on the parallel market:

• 10,000,000 (ten million) series A shares,
• 2 548 201 (two million five hundred and forty-eight thousand two hundred and one) series B shares.

On 3 February 2011, 156,853 series C ordinary bearer shares were introduced to trading on the parallel market.

7 June 2018. The AGM of the Company passed a resolution to amalgamate all existing shares of the Company recorded by the NDS under the code PLEDINV00014 and designated as A shares. At the same time, the AGM of the Company adopted a resolution to cancel, by voluntary redemption, 318,367 ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of PLN 0.05 each, dematerialised and marked by the NDS with the securities code PLEDINV00014.
