Łukasz Deńca
CEO
Graduated with a master's degree in economics from PWSBiA and a postgraduate degree in banking from SGH in Warsaw. He earned master's degrees in management and executive MBA from the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois. In 1994-1997, he served as an independent specialist in the head office of Polski Bank Inwestycyjny, and from 1997 to 2000 . - As credit director of Scania Finance Polska Sp. z o.o. From 2003 to 2006 he served as a member of the board of directors of Elas Business Development Sp. z o.o., and then - from 2007 to 2022 he was a member of the board of directors of ECC River View Sp. z o.o. - was a member of the board of directors of ECC River View Sp. z o.o. Since 2009 he has been a member of the management board of ECC Real Estate Sp. z o.o., and since 2014 he has been a member of the management board of Project Pruszków Sp. z o.o. On December 27, 2022 he became Vice President of the Management Board, and since March 1, 2023 he has been President of the Management Board of ED Invest S.A.
Alan Dunikowski
Vice President
He studied computer science and econometrics at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Since 2015, he has been actively involved in the construction and development industry, where he has successfully developed his competencies. His knowledge and many years of experience in the energy and fuel sector have been shaped through cooperation with leading corporations. Since February 14, 2023, he has served as vice chairman of the board of ED Invest S.A., contributing to the company's key development initiatives. In addition, since 2014 he has held positions on the governing bodies of capital companies, further enriching his managerial experience.

Adrianus Heymans
Chairman of the Supervisory BoardGraduate of Penta College Eindhoven and Economical Lyceum Eindhoven (Fontys). From 1989 to 1993 he worked as Account Manager Dept Collecting and Business Intelligence at European Law Assistance Society B.V. In 1993, he took the position of Sales and Marketing Director at Warsaw’s Promenada Shopping Centre for E.B.D. Sp. z o.o., where he also served as Vice President and Member of the Management Board for Marketing and Sales from 2003 to 2006. He is the founder of ECC Holdings Poland S.A. and Sancus Capital Sp. z o.o. He is chairman of the board of directors of the Dutch Polish Chamber of Commerce, and has also served as chairman of the board of directors of Vesper Capital Sp. z o.o. since 2022. He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A. since February 28, 2023.
Oktawian Jaworek
Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, member of the Audit CommitteeMaster’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University. Graduated from the two-year Management and Business School of the Department of Applied Economics at the Jagiellonian University and one-year postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at the AE in Krakow. He has almost 25 years of experience in the capital markets – on the sell side (Dom Maklerski Penetrator S.A.), buy side (TFI Trigon S.A., TFI Lartiq S.A. and TFI Ipopema S.A.) and on the side of listed issuers (RUCH S.A., Polmos Białystok S.A., Poltreg S.A.).
He is an experienced operations manager – member of boards and supervisory boards of commercial companies, N-1 level director/manager of implementation projects (SAP / CUK in RUCH S.A.), investment (RUCH S.A., Venture FIZ) and restructuring (Sentione S.A., RUCH S.A.) both in large organizations (5 thousand FTE, 4.5 billion PLN turnover), medium (400 FTE, 300 million PLN turnover; 100 FTE 15 million PLN turnover) and small (15 FTE, 30 million PLN turnover) and start-ups.
As part of Venture FIZ, since 2015 he has directly and indirectly made more than 70 Venture Capital and Seed Capital investments totaling more than PLN 200 million. Supervisory Board MemberHe holds a doctorate in legal sciences. He began his career in 1985 at the University of Warsaw, where he earned his doctorate and habilitation, He is currently a professor at Lazarski University, where he combines teaching typical legal subjects with economic analysis. From 1992, he worked for a decade as a partner at Smoktunowicz & Falandysz Law Firm. From 2002 to 2009, he ran his own business in legal, tax and financial and economic consulting. Since 2009, he has been running his own law practice. He has many scientific publications, monographs and articles to his credit. He actively contributes to non-governmental organizations and is the author of commentaries and columns on legal and economic issues. He has extensive practical experience in consulting for commercial law companies as well as in supervision. Member of the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A. since February 28, 2023. He has extensive experience and well-established knowledge of the functioning of audit committees and the role of the audit committee in supporting the supervisory board in overseeing the financial reporting process, monitoring the effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems and internal audit. He is an independent member.
Sebastian Chwedeczko
Supervisory Board MemberGraduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at the Cracow University of Technology, as well as postgraduate studies in Spatial Planning at the Faculty of Architecture of the Poznań University of Technology. He started his career in 1995 in the architectural studio ‘Zespół Autorski ARCHE’ as a design assistant and designer. Since 2001 in the Office for the Development of Kraków S.A. From 2002 to 2007 designer, head of the Department of Architecture in the same company. Since 2007, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Krakow Development Office S.A., and since December 2010, President of the Management Board of the Krakow Development Office S.A. Co-author of the project of the Bonarka Shopping Centre in Krakow and General Designer of the Bronowicka Gallery in Krakow, as well as many housing estates, office parks and teaching and laboratory facilities. Author of several dozen Local Development Plans. Awarded the Bronze Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland, the Bronze Medal for Long Service by the President of the Republic of Poland and the Honoris Gratia decoration by the Mayor of the City of Krakow. Honorary Consul of Mexico in Kraków. President of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Krakow. He has served as a member of the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A. since 28 February 2023.
Krzysztof Mikołajczyk
Supervisory Board MemberGraduate of the University of Lodz, Faculty of Law and Administration, where he received his Master of Laws degree. He began his career as a senior assistant at the University of Lodz. From 1977 to 1980 he was employed as a senior assistant at the Warsaw University of Technology. From 1980 to 1987 he worked at the daily newspaper Rzeczpospolita as a department head. From 1987 to 1991, he was employed at the Chancellery of the Sejm as director of the information office, then from 1991 to 1993 he worked at EGISPOL S.A. as general manager, and from 1995 to 1997 at ESPEBEPE as chief marketing officer. From 1995 to 1997, he served as advisor to the Prime Minister, director of the Government Information Center in the Prime Minister’s Office. At the same time, he was a commentator for the Voice of the Coast. From 1998 to 2001, he was employed by Mostostal Invest as deputy director for promotion and marketing. From October 2001 to March 2002, adviser to the Minister of Finance for media affairs. From April 2002 employed at PKN ORLEN S.A. as a media advisor, and from June 2002 to November 2005 in the position of press officer at the same company. Since December 2005, he has been running his own business activity registered in the business activity register in the field of management services and in the field of artistic services. Since April 22, 2010, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A.
Maciej Krzewiński
Supervisory Board MemberGraduate of the Poznan School of Banking, majoring in management. Since 2001, he has been associated with the ECC Group. The first two years, as director of the Poznań branch, he coordinated the design and implementation of a single-family housing estate. From 2004 to 2014, he was director of the Promenada Shopping Center in Warsaw, which has won numerous awards in many categories, including best managed, in the opinion of tenants, shopping center in Poland. From 2006 to 2016, he served as chairman of the board of directors of ECC Property Management Sp. z o. o. a property management company in the ECC Group. In 2010, he became a partner in ECC Property Management Sp. z o. o. Since 2016, he has served as chief operating officer and member of the board of directors at ECC Real Estate Sp. z o. o. and chairman of the board of directors at Project Pruszków Sp. z o. o., which owns the Nowa Stacja Shopping Center in Pruszków. One of the founders of the Association of Employers of Polish Commercial Facilities and Partners. On the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A. since May 2024.
Artur Neuman
Secretary of the Supervisory BoardGraduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In the past, he worked as an advisor at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the Auxiliary Economy of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. From 1998 to 2002 an attorney at the Smoktunowicz Falandysz Law Firm. From 2002 to 2012, an attorney and partner in the Law Firm Bieniak, Neuman, Wojnar and Partners Sp. p. in Warsaw. Since 2012, he has been the Managing Partner at Neuman and Partners Law Firm Sp. p. in Warsaw. He specializes in civil and commercial law, real estate and construction law, commercial contracts, division of assets, public procurement, litigation and restructuring, and commercial negotiations. Since February 28, 2023, he has been Secretary of the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A., as a member with knowledge and skills in the industry in which the Company operates.
