The Management Board of ED Invest S.A. is made up of specialists with many years of professional experience, who have successfully supervised the implementation of many development, construction and commercial projects.
The Management Board

Łukasz Deńca
CEO
He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and Business Administration (PWSBiA) and a postgraduate qualification in banking from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He obtained a Master’s degree in Management and an Executive MBA from the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois. Between 1994 and 1997, he served as an independent specialist at the head office of Polski Bank Inwestycyjny, and from 1997 to 2000 as Credit Director at Scania Finance Polska Sp. z o.o. From 2003 to 2006, he served as a member of the management board of Elas Business Development Sp. z o.o. (CH Promenada), and subsequently, from 2007 to 2022, he was a member of the management board of ECC River View Sp. z o.o. (Puławska 111a). Since 2009, he has been a member of the management board of ECC Real Estate Sp. z o.o., and since 2014, a member of the management board of Project Pruszków Sp. z o.o. (CH Nowa Stacja). On 27 December 2022, he became Vice-Chairman of the Management Board, and since 1 March 2023, he has been Chairman of the Management Board of ED Invest S.A. He also holds positions on the management boards of companies within the ED Invest S.A. Group.

Alan Dunikowski
Vice President
He studied computer science and econometrics at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Since 2015, he has been actively involved in the construction and development industry, where he has successfully developed his competencies. His knowledge and many years of experience in the energy and fuel sector have been shaped through cooperation with leading corporations. Since February 14, 2023, he has served as vice chairman of the board of ED Invest S.A., contributing to the company's key development initiatives. In addition, since 2014 he has held positions on the governing bodies of capital companies, further enriching his managerial experience.

Adrianus Heymans
Chairman of the Supervisory BoardGraduate of Penta College Eindhoven and Economical Lyceum Eindhoven (Fontys). From 1989 to 1993 he worked as Account Manager Dept Collecting and Business Intelligence at European Law Assistance Society B.V. In 1993, he took the position of Sales and Marketing Director at Warsaw’s Promenada Shopping Centre for E.B.D. Sp. z o.o., where he also served as Vice President and Member of the Management Board for Marketing and Sales from 2003 to 2006. He is the founder of ECC Holdings Poland S.A. and Sancus Capital Sp. z o.o. He is chairman of the board of directors of the Dutch Polish Chamber of Commerce, and has also served as chairman of the board of directors of Vesper Capital Sp. z o.o. since 2022. He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A. since February 28, 2023.
Monika Maria Murawska
Vice-Chair of the Supervisory Board, Chair of the Audit CommitteeShe is a graduate of Łazarski University, where she obtained a Master’s degree. She further developed her market and financial expertise through postgraduate studies, earning diplomas in Finance and Taxation from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/IAS) at the University of Łódź, and property management (Postgraduate Diploma in Real Estate) at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management in Belgium.
A financial manager with over 20 years’ experience in corporate finance and a Certified Accountant. She specialises in the real estate sector, as well as in transactional and financial processes. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of issues related to M&A, financing structuring, asset management and the supervision of investment projects – from the preparatory phase, through implementation, to reinvestment.
During her professional career, she has participated in over 50 transactions with a total value exceeding EUR 900 million, playing key analytical, negotiating and structuring roles. She was responsible for selected processes of securing and refinancing bank financing, and also co-led teams implementing projects with a total value of over EUR 500 million, working directly with financial institutions, investors and business partners.She has extensive experience in financial modelling and reporting in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and PSR standards. She has successfully implemented group reporting standards and investor reporting, providing organisations with a reliable basis for making strategic management and capital decisions.
Her international experience spans markets in Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany. She has successfully managed cross-border teams, ensuring consistency in operational and communication standards. She has comprehensive knowledge of the specific characteristics of the commercial property (offices, warehouses, retail), residential, land banking and hotel sectors.Maciej Krzewiński
Supervisory Board Member, Member of the Audit CommitteeHe studied management at the Poznań School of Banking. Since 2001, he has been associated with the ECC Group. The first two years, as director of the Poznań branch, he coordinated the design and implementation of a single-family housing estate. From 2004 to 2014, he was director of the Promenada Shopping Center in Warsaw, which has won numerous awards in many categories, including best managed, in the opinion of tenants, shopping center in Poland. From 2006 to 2016, he served as chairman of the board of directors of ECC Property Management Sp. z o. o. a property management company in the ECC Group. In 2010, he became a partner in ECC Property Management Sp. z o. o. Since 2016, he has served as chief operating officer and member of the board of directors at ECC Real Estate Sp. z o. o. and chairman of the board of directors at Project Pruszków Sp. z o. o., which owns the Nowa Stacja Shopping Center in Pruszków. One of the founders of the Association of Employers of Polish Commercial Facilities and Partners. On the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A. since May 2024.
Camiel E.F. van der Meij
Supervisory Board Member, Member of the Audit CommitteeHe holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law (MA Tax Law Studies) from Leiden University in the Netherlands, which he obtained in 1988. Prior to that, he completed his secondary education at a Gymnasium in Leiden.
A Senior Tax and Legal Partner with over 30 years’ experience in the professional services sector across Western and Central Europe and the Middle East, he retired on 1 July 2024 following the conclusion of his career at PwC. He built his career in the tax and legal practice areas at PwC in the Netherlands, Poland, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). Throughout his career, he has advised clients across various industries, specialising in particular in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial institutions.
He has a proven track record in building and developing advisory services and client relationships – including with CEOs and CFOs of multinational corporations in Europe and the Middle East. Between 2006 and 2012, he led PwC’s tax and legal practice for the financial services sector in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), covering 29 countries, with overall responsibility for providing advisory services to multinational financial institutions operating in the region. During the same period, from 2008 to 2013, he sat on the Supervisory Board of PwC CEE – an organisation comprising 29 countries, employing 14,500 people and generating revenues in excess of USD 1 billion.From 2022 to 2024, he served as a Partner at PwC Dubai (UAE). Previously, from 2015 to 2019, he headed PwC’s tax and legal services in Ukraine (Kyiv), and from 2019 to 2020 he served as Global Tax Director at Atrium Real Estate in Amsterdam. For over 17 years, from 1998 to 2015, he was a Senior Tax Partner at PwC Warsaw. He began his career in 1988 as a tax adviser at PwC Netherlands.
His international experience covers markets in the Netherlands, Poland, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates. From 2006 to 2011, he served as Vice-Chairman of the Dutch-Polish Chamber of Commerce in Poland.Artur Neuman
Secretary of the Supervisory Board, Member of the Audit CommitteeGraduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. In the past, he worked as an advisor at the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the Auxiliary Economy of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. From 1998 to 2002 an attorney at the Smoktunowicz Falandysz Law Firm. From 2002 to 2012, an attorney and partner in the Law Firm Bieniak, Neuman, Wojnar and Partners Sp. p. in Warsaw. Since 2012, he has been the Managing Partner at Neuman and Partners Law Firm Sp. p. in Warsaw. He specializes in civil and commercial law, real estate and construction law, commercial contracts, division of assets, public procurement, litigation and restructuring, and commercial negotiations. Since February 28, 2023, he has been Secretary of the Supervisory Board of ED Invest S.A., as a member with knowledge and skills in the industry in which the Company operates.
